Latin for incomparable, unprecedented, or ‘only’, Unicus represents the Okanagan Valley’s first Grüner Veltliner – a wine of outstanding originality, interest, elegance, and style. Fermented in a combination of concrete egg (38%), concrete amphora (28%), stainless steel (23%) and neutral French Oak (10%) using wild yeast.

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

91 | Strong lime aromas. The palate is bold and juicy.

95 | Delicate fragrance, attractive spice aroma, a late harvested smaragd style? Generous flavour and soft, ample palate shape. High alcohol reflects ripeness but doesn't generate heat. Superb.

85 | Bruised bitter almond kernel aroma. Waxy, almost badly made chenin notes. Unappealing. No joy here.
