Pale lemon coloured with lime hues. A floral nose supported by citrus and stone fruit characters. The palate is rich yet balanced by fine acidity. The wine has a beautiful texture, rich flavours and finishes with a long rich mouthfeel.

Excellent sugar/acid integration. The palate has excellent purity. Bright and lively. Pure. Long. Acid line.

Fragrant lime blossom aromas. Crisp and fresh, zesty acidity, excellent line and length. Really well balanced residual sweetness. Long persistent finish.
91 –
Flinty, tonic water, herb aromas. and flavours, touch too sweet for the structure and fruit. Minerally saline finish.
