inviting cherry aromas with pure fruit depth throughout. Succulent acidity & gently firm tannins control the rich fruit & balance. Grapes were all destemmed, wild fermented in concrete and matured for 12 months in French oak of which 35% new lightly toasted barrels of 300L.

Opens with lifted strawberry aromas, hints of spice. Medium bodied, chalky tannins, crisp strawberry notes. Very good typicity.
