A complex and textural medium bodied white; hand harvested at full flavour to showcase expressive pear, citrus and melon notes, balanced with creamy, yeasty complexity from aging on lees and barrel fermentation in seasoned French oak. Organically grown, hand-crafted and bottled at our Tellurian winery and vineyard on the unique red-soil slopes of Heathcote’s Mt Camel, which evolved from Cambrian bedrock over 500-million years. Tellurian means ‘of the earth’. Applying a minimalistic approach to winemaking, our wines express the dramatic beauty of our site and the influence of the ancient soils in which our vines are grown.
