The Roederer Estate Rosé is a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay. For color, winemaker Arnaud Weyrich prepares a small portion of pinot noir wine with extended maceration and adds about three to five percent to the blend before secondary fermentation, imparting a subtle salmon tinge. Both the blend and addition of the small amount of red wine create a charming wine of discreet finesse.

Gorgeous rose gold hue. Sweet strawberry scents. The palate has good weight and breadth. The strawberry notes flow through onto the palate. The perfect sugar/acid balance really lengthens the palate.

Pale salmon, fine bead. Lifted toasted aromas, delicate red fruits, brioche and toast. Excellent intensity and fine bead, lovely toasty complexity through to the finish.

Light red fruits, marzipan, vanilla notes. Generous and creamy with ample sweet fruits, fine chalky textures and fresh crisp acidity. Persistent bubbles.
