A naturally fermented, slightly wooded Sauvignon blanc. The name is attached to the wild yeast used for fermentation. 50% of the wine is put in older French oak barrels for 3 months. Tropical fruit abound, with some green notes, while the acidity is masked by the oak. A well-balanced wine that hits the sweet spot every time!

    Savoury bouquet, hint of smoke.
Round and textural, with herbal lemon overtones, very phenolic on the finish.

  2. 95

Delicate fragrance. Lovely energy and juiciness. The palate is powerful and concentrated.

  3. 93

Lanolin, grassy lemon curd aromas with a hint of varnishy VA notes. Worked style with lemon curd, white apricot, grapefruit flavours, attractive viscosity and mineral length.
