Hand-harvested and pressed at 38.1°B from a block at our Concession 5 vineyard, this small lot single-varietal Icewine was fermented in on new Mercurey French Oak barrel and one neutral fench oak barrel, and aged on lees for 5 months. It shows loads of dark and red fesh and jammy fruits, with undertones of vanilla, spice and cocoa. A naturally high acidity phenolic edge and boozy richness balance out the sweetness

Gorgeous white nectarine and sweet-lemon flavours. Fabulous length with berry nuances on the finish.

  2. 95

Evolved red mahogany hue. Opens with baked strawberry and rhubarb. Sweet but balanced. Good freshness and vibrancy, finished with a burnt caramel edge.

  3. 93

Fascinating red berry glacé fruits with honey notes. Fresh sweet red berry pastille fruits, lacy textures, very good mid plate viscosity and mineral length.
