This unique wine style has now come across some of the most unique Hanepoot in South Africa. After being hand selected with harvest these special bunches finds themselves on straw mats too be dried for 2 weeks until they reach a sugar Balling of 40* or higher. This insures that the already intense Hanepoot characters are even more concentrated. The “raisin liked” grapes is gently press and fermented in French oak barrels until the time is right to find its final resting place in this beautiful bottle.

Wow – a gorgeous, heady, muscaty aroma with accents of rose. Gorgeous apricot flavours on the palate. Sweet, soft and pure.

Deep golden hue. Pronounced musk-stick bouquet. Very sweet and intensely floral. Excellent length but slightly one-dimensional in flavour profile.
