A Méthode Classique sparkling wine. This base wine underwent a second fermentation in bottle and aged sur lie for 12 months. The sparkling wine was then disgorged and topped with a dosage of the base wine and natural sugar, for the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. Limited production of 1582 cases.

Medium straw, fine bead. Intense flinty, struck-match bouquet. Fresh and lively, crisp lemony acidity.

Toasty oilskin aromas, supple textures and fresh mineral acidity. Creamy fizz. Bottle aged characters.
