The (100%) Cabernet Franc was harvested from Osoyoos and Oliver regions of the Okanagan Valley in mid-October 2018. The wine was aged in new, one and two-year-old French oak barrels for 18 months. The top 22 barrels were selected for their structure, fruit concentration, mouthfeel, level of acidity and potential ageability. The wines were blended and later bottled in August 2020.

Opens stalky and stemmy. Firm and compact. Black-fruited with a very savoury edge.

Leafy amaro, cassis aromas with hints of cedar and marzipan. Developed earthy cassis, soupy tannins and integrated acidity
