This exhibits a semi opaque purplish ruby color and seductive aromas of Boysenberries, mountain blueberries and brambly black currants, with scents of crushed roses, bayberry, pipe tobacco, garrigue, olive tapenade, wild violets and spiced incense. The flavors are thick and lavish, loaded with black and blue fruit flavors are infused with licorice, dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans and minerally earth. On the back, the wine turns fleshy, with sensations of macerated berries, roasted nuts, crème de cassis, blueberry preserves, burnt charcoal and spices on the lingering sweetish lip smacking ripe tannin finish.

Perfumed red fruits. the palate is bright, soft and medium bodied. So fresh and well-balanced. Such a gorgeous, complete, medium bodied wine which looks so fresh and vibrant. In the red-fruit sphere.

  2. 93

Restrained bouquet, stewed plums, hint of prune. Medium bodied, savoury, good freshness, chalky tannins, but lacking a touch in fruit expression.

  3. 90

Red cherry, red currant slightly muffled aromas. Fresh redcurrant, raspberry fruits, grippy tannins and juicy acidity. Fur ball finish.
