Overt green-bean, herbal aromas with lemony accents. Fresh, crisp and pristine, very precise and squeaky clean.

Sulfides cloud the nose – though once the fruit opens they come into balance. Ripe pears. Cheesy/lactic accents.

A touch muffled stonefruit, waxy aromas. Sweet stonefruit lemon curd, lacy textures and soft minerally acidity.
