Martin’s Lane Fritzi’s Vineyard Pinot Noir 2016

Region: Okanagan Valley

Country: Canada

Medal: Judge's Selection

"First bottle: Unfortunately this wine is aldehydic and out of condition. Second bottle: This is not aldehydic. A highly savoury expression of Pinot Noir. The fruit is quiet at first but then it does open up. This is a gorgeous wine with subtle details and pleasing restraint."
Toni Paterson MW | 93 Points

"Savoury, earthy aromas. Silky with good depth of flavour, red cherry and forest floor. Fresh acidity but overall still slightly astringent tannins."
Andrea Pritzker MW | 91 Points

"Well balanced and classically structured with attractive developed strawberry, black cherry fruits, fine supple textures, plenty of mid palate viscosity and underlying savour ginger oak complexity."
Andrew Caillard MW | 95 Points

“The perfect Grand Prix event to celebrate,
promote and endorse the finest wines of the New World.”
