UMAMU is inspired by Balance & Contentment. These values reflect the balance we seek from vine to wine to enrich the celebration of your life. An elegant wine with character, drinks well on its own and pairs with medium-bodied food styles. This wine is inspired by Madame May-Éliane de Lenquesaing of former Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande in Bordeaux, who I have had the pleasure of knowing since my early teens and have the honour to call Aunty May.

94 | Forward bouquet, cassis, eucalypt, mint and cedar. Big powerful full bodied style with ample concentration of blackcurrant. Supple and polished tannins.
