93 | Plenty of grass, snow pea, fresh lime plus some flinty, struck match reduction. Palate has density and a core of ripe intense fruit. Fleshy texture kept in check with mouthwatering saline acidity.
95 | Attractive bouquet offering gentle noble reduction, struck-match, gun flint and lemongrass. Crisp and fresh, with an elongated palate offering lemon zest and white peach carried by a backbone of flinty acidity. Finishes long and fine. Subtle layers of mid-palate texture and white peach add to the complexity.
96 | Opens with a trace of smoky reduction then bursts into candle wax, beeswax aromas and flavours, a trace of honey on the palate. Fruity but not obviously sweet nor too dry. Delicious. It does more with this blend of varieties than most.
