Grapes are all handpicked and fermented in stainless steel. Wine is aged for 18 months in
a combination of 7% American and 93% French oak (43% new).
354 cases produced. Grapes harvested November 2, 2022 & bottled May 30-31, 2024.
A complex bouquet with herbal nuances of dried mint intertwined with rich black fruit. Subtle notes of cedar and tobacco leaf add depth with a hint of leather on the finish. The palate unfold with layers of dark chocolate & espresso for a rich and velvet texture.
