Our Estate vineyards (Stoney Creek in Fair Play and Green Valley in Rescue) each bring something unique to the table—Stoney Creek brings sultry elegance and Green Valley brings the upright structure—and while small percentages of each of these sites makes the cut for our El Dorado Grenache, we hold back the lion’s share for this “Grand Cru” style offering.
