This full-bodied Red Mountain Cabernet opens with aromas of cigar box. Flavors of Bing cherry and anise lead to big tannins and an earthy finish of dried apple slices and allspice with hints of sage and sweet oak. Subtle sweetness from oak aging makes for a perfect pairing with a huckleberry or blueberry reduction sauce for your steak or a honey glazed ham.
