Aromatics of grilled meat and black currant with flavors of blackberry and fresh Italian plum. This is a medium-bodied wine and finishes with flavors of black olive, roasted coffee beans and green tea. This wine has rich tannins and is fairly aggressive for a Malbec so you can pair it with grilled pork chips (stuffed if possible), beer can chicken, kabobs, and lean steaks.
