Fruit bomb with cherries and plums dominant, the wine is full of allspice and fresh dark fruit flavors. Acid is bright and clean, which makes the fruit burst, and with a medium to heavy bodied tannins this is a red wine drinker’s wine. Lingering flavors of leather and oak on the finish. It’s very versatile but will pair best with braised or grilled red meats or fatty fish like salmon.

86 | Ripe dark fruits, slight aldehyde notes. dusty tannin, fleshy palate and ripe dark fruits on the finish.

96 | Big inky garnet. Lifted and expressive nose of mulberry and blackberry jam. Bright, juicy and fruit-pure. Fine chalky tannins. Lingering blackberry on the finish.

99 | Bold and chocolatey on the nose. The palate has good weight and density. Full bodied, plush and ageworthy.

97 | fresh blackberry, liquorice notes, plush dark berry fruits, plentiful chocolaty tannins and integrated new oak. Very good.
