83 | Low fruit, a dry palate and intrusive tannin

80 | Evolved colour, chinotto aromas. Very dried out, hints of violets, but brettanomyes now dominates the palate, detracting from overall enjoyment.

85 | Rhubarb, mocha, prune aromas. Fresh acidity with developed flavours. Unfortunately low fruit.

94 | dried roses, pot purring violet , strawberry notes, fine lacy textures and integrated acidity. At its peak of development
