Border Vista vineyard has west-facing slopes on the most southerly

part of the Okanagan Valley’s eastern side. When standing on this site, one

has a feeling of being on the edge. Coupled with the “vista,” the view and

right-of-way at this unprotected international border where Canada and US

connect, it was fitting to name this wine Border Vista

Fermented in small concrete fermenters and aged in French oak barriques (23% new) for 15 months.

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

95 | Raspberry/red fruit aroma, bright and fruity, elegant and stylish and the tannins are fine and silky. Lovely wine, and doesn't stint on body or structure.

95 | Super glossy. Very plump, ripe boysenberry, black cherry. Vanilla sweet spice oak. Lovely dusting of tannin. A big, impressive wine though question whether level of ripeness makes it just another dry red, not strongly cabernet franc?

85 | OR fruit profile , astringent , lacks focus and purity, lingering spice and notes of Kirsch

87 | Strong caramel tones. Syrupy. Overripe. Lacks freshness.
