2021 Global Fine Wine Challenge

89 | Bruised apple and biscuit aromas. creamy lees and butterscotch flavours with some noted sweetness on the finish. Bubbles fall away.

87 | An unusual aroma. Strong lime notes. The palate is sweet and savoury with accents of ginger and lime.

91 | Straw hue, fine bead. Toast, quite forward chalky notes, very firm. Brioche notes, but the mousse is slightly coarse. Long finish.

95 | Slight bruised fruit, baked apple, strawberry aromas with touch pf aldehyde. Ample red fruit yeasty flavours and generous mousse. Pretty good.
