Hand-picked, 100% whole bunch pressed, wild yeast, barrel fermented, unfined and unfiltered.

Small crops of intensely flavoured fruit, indigenous yeast and barrel fermentation impart genuine richness and texture to this multifaceted and textural Pinot Gris. Aromas of ripe peach, subtle nuts and wild honey give hints of the lusciousness and complexity of the palate.

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

95 | Spiky acetone/oak nose, dry and savoury palate with some breadth and richness. Nice wine in final analysis. Cleverly handled oak.

88 | yellow apples and sweet citrus, a hint of lees and nuts, and with an open knit core, good acidity and PB finish, good but a little hot on the finish.

90 | Bright, simple vibrant notes. Pleasing super clean off dry style though perhaps not much personality?

95 | Honeyed pear aromas. Good weight with lovely savoury tones. Full flavoured and round. Juicy and full bodied. Finishes with a little integrated sweetness.
