This wine was made exclusively with grapes from a select block in our Red Rock Vineyard. After cold fermentation in a blend of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel, it aged on the lees for 4 months to create a complex and aromatic wine with a creamy mouthfeel.

95 | Lovely freshness, weight and flow. Long and delicious.

86 | Dilute watery dry white wine that is hard to recognise as gruner v. Simple, slight green herbs character. a soulless example.

86 | Rather low key aroma. Really high acidity disturbs the palate line and texture.

90 | tighter, leaner, fresher zesty acid-driven, end with notes of lemon zest and almond skin
