95 | Deep set aromas of blackberry jam with cedar and vanillin overtones. Forward and opulent and generous with lashings of ripe blackberries and cedary oak in support. Well balanced in a big frame.

96 | Intense spices and florals, lovely nose, more than simple fruit, blackberry and oak as well. Lots of supple tannins. Full-bodied, rich and ripe, a generous and bold wine.

95 | Big opulent aromas of dark cherry, roasted plums, tar, a little dried fruit. Plenty of sweet new oak (dark chocolate, vanilla, smoke). A big luxurious style but well done. Masses of concentration and intensity. Lengthy.

94 | Youthful primary fruit with secondary oak assisting. Full, complete, sweet fruited style with a touch of warmth on the finish. Deeply fruited with brown and peppery spice and mocha oak that carry through to a long finish.
