The cooled grapes were transported to our cellar where they were hand sorted, destemmed and gently crushed. Regular pump overs and punch downs during the 3 week fermentation and maturation process assured soft tannin and colour extraction.

94 | Light strawberry, apricot aromas with chinotto notes. Minerally and light weighted with attractive fruit complexity, lacy textures and fresh quartz acidity.

87 | A mix of fruit and savoury notes - though it leans towards the savoury. The acid is a little hard.
