Grapes were whole bunch pressed, settled naturally overnight without settling agents before the juice was transferred to French oak barrels for fermentation, this wine was 100% wild fermented in a selection of French oak barrels. (25% new, the rest 2nd; 3rd and 4th ?ll.) Lees stirring was done and the wine remained on the lees for a total of nine months without any Sulphur addition. After tasting and blending trials, the wine was assembled from the best barrels, stabilised, and prepared for bottling.

Very overt pineapple, toast, butter. Round and rich, full-bodied but fruit and very vanillin oak not quite knit together. Old school style.

Wow! So ripe, intense and delicious. Super concentrated white nectarine flavours. Also bright, sweet-lemon flavours.

Attractive ripe peach, apricot musky aromas with vanilla notes. Well concentrated ripe peach, honeycomb flavours, supple textures and underlying vanilla oak. Chalky and sweet fruited at the finish. Crowd pleasing wine.
