The 2018 vintage, a Methode Traditionnelle blanc de blancs,exudes freshness with scents of tart apple core spritzed withcitrus ( lemon/lime/grapefruit ). Its time on the lees (24 months)has imparted varied flavours of orange blossom, mandarinskin, recurring tart apple with a sheen of creaminess. Simplyput: an upbeat swish of bubbles with an edgy acidity bestowedby County minerality. BRUT-ifull stuff!!

Stone fruit, lemon curd, hint marzipan roasted walnut aromas. Complex and fresh with attractive fruit sweetness, yeasty notes, creamy bubbles and fresh long acidity.

Medium lemon, fine bead. Restrained aromas, hints of lemon zest. Fresh and bright but slightly broad. Not showing enough complexity for a vintage cuvee.

Warm strawberries and candy floss.
