Fruit from the La Bohème vineyard is fermented in small, temperature-controlled steel tanks, hand punched down twice daily then aged for ten months in French oak. Our winemaking team then selects the very best barrels to represent the silky, lush flavor profile that exemplifies La Bohème pinot noir.

Well developed strawberry, cedary aromas and flavours, sinewy firm tannins.

  2. 95

Complex bouquet of dark cherry and spices with herbal nuances interwoven. Plush and silky with fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins.

A beautiful wine with bright, concentrated cherry flavours supported by a fine frame of acidity. Fabulous lingering red fruit flavours. The fruit has good purity and clarity.
