Hand harvested Chardonnay from Bizot Vineyard in Piccadilly Valley, whole bunch pressed and made following tradition method, first fermentation in large oak for 8 months and second fermentation in bottle for 42 months, disgorged with low dosage.

    Complex toasty stone fruit lemon curd flinty aromas. Well concentrated lemon curd, toasty flavours, chalky al dente textures and indelible strong acidity.

    Pale lemon, fine bead. Restrained lemon blossom bouquet. Fresh, crisp and lively lots of zesty lemon intensity.
